Okay so my goal here is to try my hand at picking the bowl games. I want to start off by telling you that I am only picking games that I would (or will) actually make a play on. I do gamble a bit online during the college football season and here is my attempt at giving my advise to any of those whom wish to use it. I read what the experts write and I have gambled enough with my own money to know that they really don't know any more than anyone else when it comes to picking games. I watch the same games they watch so I figured why not give it a shot. I am mostly going to pick games ATS (against the spread) but from time to time I will see an over/under that looks good but I always find it harder to pick total points than picking spreads. You are welcome to review all my picks and tell me what you think. If you need to tell me I am a complete idiot I welcome any criticism. I will give a quick reason for each of my picks. Remember I am only going on what I have seen this year, I do not have any insider info, I don't know anyone affiliated with the BCS or even the NCAA for that matter. So here we go.
Saturday Dec. 20th
EAGLEBANK BOWL:
Wake Forest -3 vs Navy
Here I like WF. I know Navy won this game earlier this year but Skinner and WF are not going to give away a 2nd game to Navy.

New Mexico Bowl: LOCK
Fresno St - 2.5 vs Colorado St.
This game is a LOCK. Fresno is simply too good to lose this game. Pat Hill is great in big games and CSU just won't be able to stay with Fresno.

This is basically a home game for USF. It's a big number but I like the Bulls

TCU -2.5 vs Boise St.
This is a tough one, both teams are good and this is going to be a great game. Boise always comes up big in the big games so I am going with them.

North Carolina -1 vs West Virginia
Both these teams fell off a bit late in the season. This looks to be a tight game but in this game I like the speed of White and Devine

Florida St. -4.5 vs Wisconsin
Wisc has been a mess since the started big ten play. FSU's Defense got stronger as the year went on.

NC State is not very good - neither is Rutgers but Rutgers is better

The wildcats are a good story this year but they don't have the fire power to keep up with Macklin and Daniel....not even for a half.

Georgia Tech -3.5 vs LSU - LSU does not have a QB and the Wreck is playing a home game

Boston College -3.5 vs Vandy - Vandy is a joke and have been all year. BC is too good to only give 3.5

Iowa - 3.5 vs South Carolina - Iowa is rolling now and SC is down. SC has a good defense but that's it. Shonn Greene will get his yards and Iowa's D is good too.

CAPITAL ONE BOWL
Georgia -7.5 vs Michigan St - MSU was dominated by Penn St in their last game, I like Ringer but Georgia has too much offense. I know UGA has issues on defense but so does MSU and MSU is one dimensional on Offense to boot.

THE ROSE BOWL
USC - 10 vs Penn St. - This could possibly be the best of all the bowl games and both teams could eaisly be playing for the National Title. That said I think USC will win having the home advantage here but this is going to be closer than some may think. There are good arguments to be made for both teams here. USC will win but not by 10.

Texas Tech - 5.5 vs Ole Miss -
TT's offense is unstoppable. There is one SEC team that could stop the TT offense but they are playing in the national title game. Ole Miss is decent but this is a mismatch
